Chief Executive Officer, AHL Services, Inc.
Mr. Perfall joined AHL in 2001. He has led a corporate restructuring, which culminated in the recapitalization of the company by Cravey, Green & Wahlen in August 2003. From 1996 to 2000 he was Chief Financial Officer and a Director at Snyder Communications with responsibilities including all internal and external reporting and capital markets activities. He played a key role in the $2.2 billion sale of Snyder Communications to Havas Advertising in September 2000. Mr. Perfall currently serves on the William & Mary School of Business Advisory Board and is active on the Board of Directors of Ventiv Health.

Brian Burke
Chief Financial Officer, AHL Services, Inc.
Mr. Burke’s expertise lies in acquisition, divestiture of non-core assets and recapitalization. Mr. Burke is the former Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for AHL Services, Inc. Mr. Burke completed successful terms at Convergence Holdings, LLC and Snyder Communications. He is an experienced senior tax manager with Arthur Andersen.
