By reducing the need for space and strategically locating fulfillment operations closer to end-users, we reduce the consumption of energy. Energy consumption is reduced and sometimes eliminated in buildings that need to be heated/cooled and well lit for employee safety and also in fuel consumption by decreasing the distance that materials need to travel to reach end-users. Our inventory analysts will review data and make recommendations to our client's marketing teams on order quantity and order timing to eliminate unnecessary production of materials and reduce the rate of obsolescence.
