| Essential Functions
• Financial accountabilities include revenue growth, cost control, billing and overall account profitability for assigned account(s)
• Accountable for the client P&L, including top line growth, variable costs and bottom line results
• Oversees and ensures programs are delivered as promised to the client. Ensures contractual obligations are met or exceeded
• Issue management - stays on top of client issues, deliverables and escalations to ensure the timely resolution of issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Plays “consultative” business partner role with clients to enhance their marketing efforts and their reliance on Archway to execute their marketing programs
• Partners with and supports assigned Business Development professional to develop annual business development plan and to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Respectful and non-threatening treatment of others
• All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
• Four year degree, preferably in business
• 5+ years related work experience
• Proven business judgment and decision making skills
• Good financial acumen
• Good project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong personal leadership and relationship building capabilities
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to interpret contracts and legal documents
• Diplomacy
