Desired Qualifications:
  • Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures
  • Drive revenue and profit growth in assigned accounts
  • Lead the development and execution of effective account retention strategies
  • Implement Strategic Account Leadership strategies for each account
  • Work with Account Director to develop and execute strategic account plan
  • Create and execute business development strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong and trusting client relationships at all levels in the account
  • Provide leadership and direction to Account team as necessary
  • Work closely with the Account Management or others to draft scopes of work and Service Level Agreement’s as required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of Service Level Agreement goals
  • Manage and drive service deliverables at or above contractual requirements
  • Drive Business Review process
  • Maintain a solid working knowledge of all company services and solutions
  • Provide leadership in defining requirements and directing resources to achieve account goals
  • Support and maintain quality standards, policies, practices, and work instructions
  • Stay current with changes in the client environment that could impact the relationship
  • All other duties as assigned
 
Leadership
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership and relationship building skills both internally and externally
  • Define and manage desired outcomes through others as required in shared services environment
  • Manage, grow and mentor the performance development of Account team
  • Monitor and engage Account teams and shared service leaders on major client issues
  • Provide input and leadership in achieving process improvement initiatives
 
Finance
  • Own the accountability for client P&L including revenue growth, Gross Profit, and EBITDA
  • Lead the proposal development process 
  • Review individual quotes as necessary
  • Provide final review and approval of customer invoices and reports
  • Understand and communicate key components for providing accurate monthly forecasting
  • Identify and address major areas impacting financial and resource planning
 
Sales and Operations Planning
  • Understand client contract requirements and any additional proposals to ensure adherence
  • Develop and execute ongoing operational plan for account retention
  • Work with all resources necessary to ensure effective contract renewal process
