Overall goals include attainment of the company and customer business objectives; consistent and timely delivery of services; new business development; increased account penetration; client relationship management; achievement of customer satisfaction metrics; and development of deep customer relationships at multiple levels.
To manage all facility operations to ensure company objectives are achieved. Develop, oversee, direct and have financial accountability for the work activities of plant personnel, including Receiving/Stocking, Production, Shipping and Inventory Control for assigned clients.
The Account Administrator is responsible for handling the day to day administrative tasks required by clients in their respective team. This includes having a complete understanding of the operating systems including order processing, data setup, reporting, on-line ordering system, telephone, and email support.
This position entails managing one or more clients and their respective projects by supporting account management team(s) to ensure IT project deliverables are identified and provided, and to ensure IT client related activities and issues are properly addressed. This position incorporates the following IT roles: business analyst, project manager, and software architect.
