Archway Marketing Services, Inc., has expanded its management team with the promotions of Megan Nelson to Director of Marketing and Rob Walters to Director of Operations of the Midwest Trade Division. The management team expansion reflects Archway's commitment to meet and exceed client expectations - from client service to operational excellence.

In her new role, Nelson will become more involved in developing and executing Archway's strategic direction by focusing on sales management. She will continue to maintain responsibility for management of the Archway brand, marketing department and agency partners.
Since joining the company in 2006 as marketing manager, Nelson has lead company efforts to bring structure and consistency to Archway's marketing and sales management groups. In 2007, under her direction, Archway underwent an exhaustive branding and positioning process, launched a comprehensive Web site and developed a new sales collateral system.
Nelson joined Archway with nearly a decade of marketing, communications and product development experience gained from her work at Minneapolis-based plastics manufacturer, Conwed, and Minnesota-based health insurance provider, Medica. A resident of Rogers, Minn., Nelson received her Master's degree in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota ' Twin Cities.
As the director of operations of the Trade Midwest Division, Rob Walters will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence for Archway. He will also direct all new client integrations for Archway's Midwest Trade Division in addition to the managing the day-to-day operations of Archway's Rogers, Minn., facilities.
Since joining Archway in 2005 as operations manager, Walters has implemented multiple process improvements that enabled the company's explosive growth over the last 12 months. His diligent work and commitment to best practices and client service has aided in Archway's recent success.
Prior to joining the Archway team, Walters served more than two decades the United States Marine Corps. Walters is a member of the Warehouse Educational and Research Council, as well as maintaining an active role in the Marine for Life Mentoring Program. A resident of Monticello, Minn., Walters earned a Master's of Science from Capella University and a Bachelor's of Arts from California State University. He also completed Six Sigma Black Belt training at Villanova University.
