Minneapolis – August 10, 2004 – Archway Marketing Services® (Archway) opened a new 217,000 square foot office/production facility in Greenfield, Minnesota. The build-to-suit facility was constructed by Opus Northwest, L.L.C. at the northwest corner of County Road 92 and 69th Avenue just north of Hwy. 55 in Greenfield. Consistent with our “centers of excellence” strategy, Archway consolidated its three consumer fulfillment account management and operations formerly located in Minnesota and Illinois.
“This initiative is yet another example of how Archway will continue to exceed the needs and expectations of our clients with state-of the-art facilities, services and talented people,” stated Theresa (Terry) Niles, President of Archway Marketing Services.
“This allows Archway to centralize its operations and provide our employees with a state-of-the-art work environment. Some of the amenities of the building include nine conference rooms, over 151,000 square feet of warehouse space, 18 dock doors and the ability to expand as our clients continue to grow,” states Kurt Moldenhauer, Division President, Consumer Fulfillment Services.
