(Dec. 27, 2007) - Leading business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing fulfillment and business performance services supplier, Archway Marketing Services, Inc., announced today that Joe Thomas will return to the company as president of its Consumer Fulfillment and Customer Service businesses.
A 30-year veteran of the business-to-consumer marketing fulfillment industry, Thomas left Archway in 2003 as president of Archway's Customer Service business to pursue a consulting practice. Since leaving Archway, Thomas' industry knowledge and related service expertise has been sought by many of Archway's leading competitors.

Over the course of his career, Thomas has held leadership positions at Archway and its predecessor organizations, Carlson Marketing Group and Gage Marketing. Thomas led the Gage Marketing Consumer Fulfillment operations during a period of unprecedented growth and success in the mid-1990's. Then in 1998, Thomas orchestrated the establishment of Archway's Customer Service division and its relocation to Winnipeg, Manitoba.
A resident of Wayzata, Thomas has a BS from Indiana University and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, Joe attended the Executive Program at the Carlson School Business at the University of Minnesota.
