(Dec. 4, 2007) - In response to the growing retail and technology market, Archway Marketing Services, Inc., a leader in marketing fulfillment, has opened a new office in North Carolina to better serve one of their clients, a major home improvement retailer based in North Carolina. An on-site account team is located in this office and is led by Senior Account Manager John Saunders, a recent addition to Archway. John brings more than 20 years of client service experience and is focused on operational effectiveness, program lean initiatives and enterprise wide support and enhancement strategies.

Archway also recently took over on-site management of North American agreement processing and customer support for Microsoft Dynamics at the Microsoft office located in Fargo, N.D. Stefanie Fink leads this team as the client services general manager. Stefanie started with Archway in July 2006 and is responsible for overseeing the Microsoft business in Fargo as well as the additional business Archway was recently awarded. Archway is fulfilling Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) product lines from their Rogers, Minn., facilities.
