Minneapolis – March 9, 2005 – Archway Marketing Services’ Greenfield, Minnesota facility was recently awarded the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) Award of Excellence in the Build-to-Suit-Bulk Distribution category.

At the NAIOP award ceremony on January 27, 2005 Opus Northwest, L.L.C., the facility’s developer and design/builder, was presented the Award of Excellence. Judging criteria was based on six categories including site development/landscaping, architectural integrity, interior design, and integration in the community/general impression.

Murad Velani, President of Archway’s Consumer Fulfillment division, stated, “We take great pride in providing state-of-the-art facilities for our clients and our employees. Since 2001, Opus has built three facilities for Archway and we have been very pleased at the outstanding job they have done. We are thrilled to have one of our facilities recognized for such a prestigious honor.”
