Minneapolis March 21, 2005 – Archway Marketing Services® (Archway), the premier provider in marketing execution services, recently opened the doors to its brand new 285,000 square foot office/warehouse facility in Rogers, MN. This is the second facility Opus Northwest, L.L.C. has built for Archway on South Diamond Lake Road.

“The new facility was built to manage new business opportunities as well as growth from existing clients,” stated Don Plantenberg, General Manager of Archway’s Marketing Materials Distribution (Trade Fulfillment) Midwest Division. “The timing worked out great. We were able to take advantage of the available lot that sat directly west of our existing Rogers facility,” continued Mr. Plantenberg.

Within the last 12 months, Archway has enhanced its operations facilities through new building construction (Rogers and Greenfield, MN) as well as through a new building acquisition in Valencia, CA. Archway’s Greenfield, MN facility was recently awarded the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP) Award of Excellence in the Build-to-Suit-Bulk Distribution category.
