September 14, 2006 (Minneapolis, MN) - Archway Marketing Services announced today the award of Appleseed’s, Inc. call center business. Appleseed’s selected Archway in an effort to streamline their call centers and increase service to their customers. Appleseed’s is a high-quality women’s apparel supplier with online and print catalogs. Archway will also be servicing their other brands, Norm Thompson, The Tog Shop and Sahalie.
Appleseeds wanted a single source partner who understood the essence of quality customer care and that also provided data and order entry services. Selecting Archway allowed Appleseed’s to have one partner instead of multiple vendors for these services resulting in significant cost savings. Since fourth quarter is traditionally the busiest season for Appleseed’s brands they needed a partner that “got it” and that could quickly ramp up and integrate into their system.
