Archway Strengthens Operations with New Position
Vice President of Operations will focus on lean initiatives and continuous improvement while ensuring enterprise wide adoption of best practices
 
ROGERS, MINN. (July 15, 2009)– Archway, the leader in marketing operations management and fulfillment services, has hired Jason Flagstad as Vice President of Operations. Flagstad will oversee Archway’s operations including fulfillment, production, inventory, capacity, and asset management. He will focus on driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and implement lean initiatives and continuous improvement while ensuring enterprise wide adoption of best practices.

Flagstad has more than 12 years of operational and client service experience. He understands the importance of sharing the customer experience and satisfaction with all levels of the organization. Prior to joining Archway, Flagstad was at Norcraft Companies where he most recently held the position of Vice President, Business Process. In this capacity he focused on growth, profitability, continuous improvement, and customer loyalty. Flagstad holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing from Mankato State University, is a member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ), and a graduate of Lean Manufacturing University.
