High Level Security Storage

Keep your gift cards, high-end awards and prizes, and sensitive materials safe and secure in our limited access security areas. These areas are secured with electronic entry for a select few employees who manage the area. For additional security, cameras are placed outside and inside to monitor activity and protect inventory.

Radio Frequency (RF)

Barcode readers are used throughout our operations beginning in receiving through picking and shipping and in inventory control to verify item and location. We also verify Lot/Batch code and capture serial number when we ship meters.

Picking & Racking

We maximize our square footage with 6 level roll racking systems. These are placed along a track that our narrow isle pickers move along, with only inches to spare. This ensures that we utilize every available square foot of space.

In some of our facilities we utilize pick to light technology which frees warehouse employee’s hands so they can expedite orders faster and more accurately.

Unique Labeling System

One of the values Archway created is our unique proprietary labeling system that saves time in stores identifying fulfillment packages. Based on the schematics of your store, Archway applies a label for the destination department of the package. Packages move swiftly from the loading docks directly to their intended department where they can be broken down as needed. Stock employees don’t have to unpack boxes and resort materials before sending to the floor.
