IT Technical Lead
IT Technical Lead will participate in the entire life cycle of software development to design, build and implement scaleable multi-tiered web/client-server applications. This individual’s responsibility range from the developing prototypes of applications to help cement requirements, to pulling together the efforts of the entire development team in completing the front-end as well as back-end, to production maintenance. Client Services General Manager
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
The position is responsible for overseeing the Client Services function, implementing a consultative approach with clients and identifies additional opportunities with existing clients; analyzing competitor marketing efforts; discovering new opportunities in the industry; and working with other groups in developing lead generation campaigns. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities as well as managing existing accounts and their account management teams to ensure service deliverables are met or exceeded to retain our existing client base.
