Customer Service Representatives- Full Time and Part Time

Customer Service Representatives
100% Inbound Customer Service
$9.00 per hour starting wage
Archway also provides a $0.50 per hour shift premium for
hours worked between 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
$1.00/hour shift premium for fluent French or Spanish communication skills

Position Summary
Respond to incoming customer calls and/or e-mails to receive, investigate, and resolve consumer inquiries and contacts in an expedient, professional, and equitable manner.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints via phone and/or e-mail, and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner;
• Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers;
• Accurately track and document items requested by management and the client;
• Project a favorable image of Archway Marketing Services and the client to promote their aims and objectives and
foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance.
• Keep Group Lead promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters;
• Keep abreast of all policy, procedure, and product changes;
• Participate in team meetings;
• Meet and maintain all company and account standards;
• Well informed of and complies with Archway Customer Service rules and procedures;
Qualifications
• Fluent bilingual communication skills (French or Spanish) an asset;
• Strong computer skills (ability to navigate the Internet and use e-mail proficiently preferred);
• Demonstrates a genuine respect for people, their concerns, feelings, well-being and appreciation of them as one of
our customers.
• Anger diffusion and proper telephone techniques;
• Previous customer service experience (a definite asset, but not required) or a strong aptitude;
