Sample & Literature Fulfillment

Archway manages highly regulated product sample and literature fulfillment from 1 million square feet of secure, temperature and humidity controlled distribution space. We are DEA registered and appropriately licensed as required in all 50 states to store, handle and distribute pharmaceutical samples, including prescription, OTC and Schedule 3, 3N, 4 & 5 controlled substances to consumers, physicians, sales reps and conventions. Archway also manages state license and DEA registration number validation to ensure recipients are eligible to receive samples. To save on packaging, shipping and handling, we can also ship marketing materials, literature and premiums with samples all in a consolidated shipment.

Secured Storage
Our facilities are environmentally controlled to ensure your products are stored within the proper temperature and humidity levels. We also maintain a strict adherence to all FDA and DEA requirements with separately zoned alarm systems, restricted access areas, and 24-hour video surveillance.
Customized Print Solution

Accurately forecasting demand is the key to controlling print spend for marketing materials. Archway’s demand planning tool provides methodology to document and forecast needs for marketing vehicles to deliver print-on-demand that reduces obsolescence and saves money. To make sure we only distribute up-to-date marketing materials, we track collateral version information. We also provide historical tracking and forward planning to ensure that there are no back orders or stock outs, and will set up automatic e-mail communications to notify you when quantities are low.

Lot & Expiration Tracking
