Matt Gresge, Chief Executive Officer

Matt Gresge is the Chief Executive Officer of Archway. He is an entrepreneur, respected leader and a seasoned sales executive with more than twenty-five years of executive-level experience.
Prior to becoming an executive leader, Matt began his career as a commissioned sales rep and quickly worked his way up to sales management and leadership positions where he managed large accounts, industry vertical teams and large sales teams for new business units and startups.
Most recently, Matt was CEO of AIA Corporation, a leading franchise network for promotional product distributors. Under Matt’s guidance, the company made a significant number of advancements to keep pace with the ever-changing market. These efforts paid off in substantial growth.
Before Matt’s tenure as Archway’s CEO began, he served as Archway’s Executive Chairman of the Board where he achieved an in-depth understanding of the company’s history, strengths and challenges.
As CEO, Matt is responsible for Archway’s overall performance with an emphasis on creating value for Archway clients, employees, other constituencies and shareholders. He believes extraordinary performance comes through building and leading healthy, high-functioning teams and closely collaborating with Archway’s stakeholders.

Matt earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Business Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Matt’s interests include spending time with his family, travel and reading history.

Cindy Sattler, Chief Financial Officer

Cindy Sattler is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Archway and has more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in various industries including manufacturing, retail services and real estate. Cindy is responsible for the financial strategy of Archway and oversees accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax. She brings a wealth of experience leading high-growth organizations and extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions to our company.

Prior to joining Archway, Cindy was the CFO and General Manager at Lawrence Merchandising, and Chief Administrative Officer at HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. She has also held leadership positions at Polaris Industries, Alliant Techsystems and Honeywell. Cindy is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s CEMBA program.
When she’s not at work, Cindy enjoys boating, reading, mentoring, coaching and volunteering.
John Farrell, Chief Revenue Officer

John Farrell is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Archway and is responsible for ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience when they do business with us. In his role, John leads the teams who work directly with our customers to support, improve and develop the solutions and services Archway provides. His teams include sales, marketing, account management and business operations.

John has over 20 years steering high performing, high-growth teams in a variety of industries including semiconductor, solar, technology licensing and electrical distribution. Prior to joining Archway, John held leadership roles in Sales and Marketing and General Management at Werner Electric, Tessera Technologies, Despatch Industries and Applied Materials.
John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
Originally from Ireland, John now lives in Minnesota with his wife and their three children. In his spare time he supports the San Francisco Giants, Liverpool Football Club and is a golfer of limited talent.
Dennis Odishoo, Chief Operating Officer

Dennis Odishoo is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Archway Marketing Services. He has over 20 years of experience leading organizations in dynamic environments across several industries including telecommunications, manufacturing and professional services. He has an extensive supply chain and financial background with proven success in transformational leadership. Dennis is responsible for establishing a supply chain strategy to differentiate Archway from the competition and drive impeccable customer satisfaction.

Dennis recently served as Vice President of Operations for Brightstar North American Operations, a multi-billion division. In this role, he led the on- boarding of a multi-billion dollar telecommunications customer while achieving industry best-in-class customer delivery metrics. He also led major automation and systems implementations while transforming the culture to a customer service emphasis.
Dennis received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University. Being active and spending time with his family is a priority. In his free time, Dennis bikes and hikes with his wife and children, coaches his son’s soccer and baseball teams, and attends his daughter’s gymnastics meets.
Kay Ark, Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Kay Ark is Senior Vice President of Human Resources (SVP) at Archway. She plays a major role in the company’s overall performance by leading organizational strategy, promoting operational effectiveness and elevating team performance through innovative strategies. Kay drives Archway’s growth through her leadership, attracting and developing outstanding talent while building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation.

Kay has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. Her expertise includes leading organizational change, shifting corporate culture and introducing new technologies, processes and systems to employees. Kay consistently delivers on commitments and is the quintessential “people person” with sound values and operating principles.
Since joining the company in 2010, Kay has held positions of increased responsibility spanning various aspects of human resources. Most recently, Kay served as Vice President of Human Resources where she partnered with multiple functional areas to assess, organize, and develop the company’s talent, which ultimately has driven growth.
Prior to joining Archway, Kay held various positions at Hitachi Construction Truck Manufacturing and Kelly Services.
Kay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from York University. When she’s not working, Kay enjoys reading and traveling.
